Why children especially females should be given proper care

WHY CHILDREN ESPECIALLY FEMALES SHOULD BE GIVEN PROPER CARE

As we all know it is the duty of the parent to take care of the children, and most especially the duty is assign to the woman in the house. Women has their own role in the house and if such role is abandon it will have a negative impact on the children especially the female child.

Female child should be a given greater attention because they are the ones that are mostly abuse, and most of them are always sexually abuse and will also be threatened not to talk thereby making them live in fear. Special focus on the girl child doesn't mean boy child are excluded, just look around you and ask yourself  ''how many girls made it to the university, how many of them are holding a good positions in the society'' the answer is "just a few of them", that is why they need special attention.

I was watching a program this afternoon which is all about female child welfare and one of the visitors was narrating how she was sexually harassed by her uncle, she said the uncle was just to spend some weeks with them, and the uncle will do everything to cool her head down, then she was 13 years old and this uncle sexually harass her till the age of 18 years then she realize what she was doing is totally wrong and confront her uncle to stop the harassment but the uncle think it is a joke until she told her parent and their was a serious fight and then the uncle was sent away.

There should be more program that will teach the ladies of nowadays how thing should be done, many female child of nowadays can't think on their own they need someone who will be there every time to guide and counsel them on their ways of life.

Male and female child are never equal and can never be equal, if the head of the family is looking for money to sponsor the family, the wife should be able to support one way or the other, that's enough reason for a woman to get upgraded educationally so that they can have good jobs and contribute financially to the home.

We are in a country where women are marginalize and silenced from decision making and contribution towards the way forward, a young girl once told me that in her school she was suppose to be the chief electoral commissioner toward the upcoming election, but the guys are saying that she is a woman for that she can handle the position besides they can afford to be under her, but she utter a statement which was quite impressive, she said "i won't allow that, i want to prove to them that a woman should also have a say in the society". How many women can do this, women need encouragement to voice out and take the rightful place in the society.

Between the two gender women are stronger but they don't know how to manage it themselves but men know how to manipulate their ways so that they will end up using their internal strength against themselves, that is why ladies need to learn how to manage it rightfully.

The major problem we are facing in the society nowadays comes from the male child, if a girl child can be taught courtesy of sitting, gazing, mannerisms, marital obligation and moral ethics and values, why not also the boys?? Else, boys would have known that the act of rape is beyond animals attribute but in human because even animals woo their counterpart.

In the society in order to curb rape and other sexually harassment, we don't need to tilt towards teaching woman how to defend themselves instead we should treat the source of the problem which is educating the boys on the harm of rape and its consequences and why they should desist from it and learn self control regardless of whether the girl dress decently or not, rape shouldn't be condoned as for any man who cannot control his feelings is irresponsible and should also face the law.
